Cripta di Sant'Efisio
This is a hypogeum, dug out of the limestone rock, which was already in use in the Punic era. However, according to tradition it is the place where Sant’Efisio, the protector of the city of Cagliari, was tortured before being beheaded at Nora in 303 AD.
