Festa di Lunissanti

The festival last all day, but the most important moments are the pilgrimage to the Romanesque abbey of Santa Maria di Tergu at midday (followed by lunch in the fields) and the evening procession through the streets of the town, which are lit up by torches. The procession is made up of hooded men, or rather the members of the Confraternity of the Oratorio di Santa Croce, who carry objects and instruments of the Passion of Christ, and cantors, who accompany the procession with ancient polyphonic chants, creating a very enchanting and mystical atmosphere
