Artistic Ceramics Cav. Luigi Nioi
Cav. Luigi Nioi’s ceramics workshop in Assemini boasts more than fifty years experience of working clay. Today the laboratory continues to use traditional production methods but skilfully enriches them with techniques acquired during his numerous journeys all over the world (Zaire, Sweden, Japan). Cav. Luigi Nioi has received international praise and acclaim for his skill and the quality of his work (in 1985 in Faenza he was awarded the title of “Principe dei Tornianti del Mondo”). Today this craftsmanship has been passed down to his sons, who continue their father’s tradition, but with the perfect balance sensitivity and creativity to suit modern tastes.
