La Maddalena
It is the only really inhabited island in the Maddalena archipelago. A panoramic road, 20 km long, runs round the island’s coastline, offering enchanting visions of beautiful beaches and bays. The historical centre of the town is very lively, animated by locals, tourists and military personnel from the US Navy and the Italian Marines
