His thirty years’ experience acquired in Italy and abroad is today at the disposal of his numerous students, whose professional skills originate in the kitchens of Hibiscus. Afterwards they leave to develop their culinary knowledge outside Sardinia and then they return bringing with them an inestimable wealth of new aromas and flavours.
